Privacy Policy

A plain-language description of data behavior in this version of the site.

Information stored on your device

The timers may use browser local storage to remember recent timing settings, audio preferences, theme, language preference, circuit stations, and workout steps. That data stays under the control of the browser profile unless another configured service is explicitly described here.

You can remove local settings through your browser site-data controls. Private browsing, storage denial, or corrupted stored values cause the site to use safe defaults. The timer continues without local storage. Avoid placing sensitive personal information in free-form station, step, or cue fields, particularly on shared devices.

Accounts and server-side workout records

This version has no registration, login, cloud synchronization, payment system, or server-side workout history. The absence of an account does not justify an absolute claim that no technical data can ever be processed: hosting providers may handle ordinary request and security logs under their own operations.

The timer analytics event interface excludes free-form step names, health data, and unnecessary device fingerprints. It is limited to coarse operational events such as timer start, pause, completion, preset selection, audio toggles, and numeric timer configuration values.

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity

This deployment uses Google Analytics to measure page visits and coarse product events, and Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate interaction patterns and diagnose usability problems. These third-party services may process technical information such as page URLs, approximate location derived from network information, browser or device characteristics, interaction events, and identifiers according to their own terms and privacy documentation.

Free-form station names, workout step names, cues, and health information are not deliberately included in the site’s analytics event calls. Browser controls or applicable consent tools may be used to limit analytics where available. This policy should be reviewed whenever the services, purposes, or data behavior change.

Browser features and external links

Audio, speech synthesis, fullscreen, Wake Lock, and local storage are browser capabilities. Their behavior can be affected by device and browser settings. Links to external sites are governed by those sites’ privacy practices.

Privacy questions can be sent through the configured channel on the contact page. This policy is a factual description of the current product, not legal advice for a particular jurisdiction.
