Terms of Use

Basic conditions for using this free, general-purpose timing service.

Using the service

You may use the public timer features for lawful personal or organizational timing tasks. Do not interfere with the site, attempt to compromise its availability, introduce malicious code, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

The site is provided without an account, paid plan, or guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features may be corrected, changed, or removed as the browser platform and project develop.

Your decisions and responsibilities

You choose all durations, activities, locations, equipment, and uses. Presets demonstrate timer configurations and do not create a personalized training plan. You are responsible for deciding whether the selected activity and environment are appropriate.

If you enter custom names or cues, you are responsible for that content. Do not store confidential information in browser-local fields, especially on a device shared with other people.

Availability and limitations

Browser scheduling, device sleep, muted audio, operating-system power controls, permissions, network availability, and hardware performance can affect display or sound behavior. The service does not promise absolute zero error and should not be the sole official timing source where consequences depend on certified or regulated timekeeping.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is supplied as available without warranties not expressly stated here. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual property and changes

Site code, design, and original content remain subject to their applicable rights and licenses. Product names and fitness terms may belong to their respective owners. These terms may be updated when the service changes; material revisions should be reflected by a visible update date in a production release process.
